Данная статья содержит несколько рекомендаций и советов о безопасном обмене ссылками. Может быть кому-нибудь она покажется интересной.
1. Не стоит участвовать автоматических ссылкообменниках (linkator, rus-abc, maestroweb и пр.). Эти методы уже давно не работают. Пессимизация вам будет обеспечена.
2. Каталог ссылок лучше назвать не links.html, а использовать такие имена как link-directory, related resources, related SEO resources, resources и т.п.
3. Не ставьте ссылки со своего сайта на всякие link farm (ссылкопомойки), так как PR вашего сайта может сильно пострадать от этого. Очень вероятно, что ссылка со страницы вашего сайта на link farm вполне может привести к пессимизации ссылающейся страницы страницы.
4. Тематическая релевантность – немаловажный фактор для СЕ. Тематические ссылки любят все поисковики, и это очень помогает в поисковом продвижении. Google, например, дает много веса ссылкам с тематически близких сайтов.
5. Для определении релевантности Google учитывает тег TITLE, содержание страницы, текст ссылки и саму ссылку. Если вы работаете в теме, где трудно найти тематически близкие сайты, наращивайте внешние ссылки и старайтесь, чтобы сайты, которые на вас ссылаются, обязательно использовали в тексте ссылки ключевые слова. Это не значит, что стоит брезговать ссылки с нетематических сайтов, все ссылки полезны, но тематические полезны в особенности, они более релевантные для СЕ и несут в себе больше веса.
6. Избегайте перелинковки сквозными ссылками с участием сайтов в одном IP-диапазоне. Существует версия, что Google посчитает такую перелинковку сверх-спамом, и карающие действия предпринимаются сразу при обнаружении таковых.
Чем все это чревато или варианты пессимизации
а) Робот Googlebot перестанет навещать вашу страницу вообще, или будет приходить гораздо реже
б) Количество страниц вашего сайта в базе Гугла будет стремительно падать, пока весь сайт не пропадет из выдачи
в) Сайт будет полностью и сразу удален из базы автоматически, если робот установит, что у вас много ссылок на “нехорошие сайты” для искусственного увеличения PR.
г) Бывает, что Google пессимизирует за подобные вещи таким способом: Googlebot начинает ходить на сайт нерегулярно, хотя если ходит то все индексирует по-прежнему, в этом случае пессимизация заключается в нерегулярности визитов. Или, например, у пессимизированных сайтов не отображаются даты обновления.
